Back Pain

Back pain, back ache, lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain, whiplash, spasms, slipped discs, stiff backs, nearly all of us have suffered with back ache at some time in our life. Daily stresses is a big factor on how our backs can feel and operate. Regular massages can help to keep that back pain at bay allowing you to make the most out of life.

Muscle Aches and Strains

We've all suffered with muscle strains, tightness, those stubborn knots, especially in the neck and traps area. Long hours at work and postures inevitably produce tension on areas of the body. Regular massages can help reduce these problems from reoccuring and keep these stubborn areas at bay.

Sports Injuries

Runner's knee, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff, groin/hamstring tears, calf pain, wrist strain, RSI, shoulder pain, knee pain, no matter what your sport or hobby, allow us to help you keep on top form to work your best performance at your sporting events.

Joint Pain

Back pain, hip pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, frozen shoulders, unfortunately our joints can get creaky and achy as part of our normal ageing process. Don't live a life on painkillers, instead, regular massages can help to allow the blood flow and heat to get into those joints, increasing flexibility, increasing range of movement and can reduce pain.

Tendonitis

Tendonitis is the name given to inflamed tendons, more commonly

known as golfer's elbow, tennis elbow, and patella tendonitis. Tendonitis can occur anywhere in the body. Usually described as an unbearable dull ache and, if left, these problems can become chronic. Treatments should

be your first attempt to resolve this painful and disruptive condition. Continuing with your stretching and strengthening advice can help to get rid of this permanently.

General Aches and Pains

All of us unfortunately suffer with general aches and pains throughout periods of our life. Massage treatments are one of the most ancient and effective methods to make you feel your best to make the most out of your lifestyle. Don't just put up with pain, even one treatment can help.

Pre/Post Surgery

Hip replacements, knee replacements, keyhole surgery, back surgery, surgery is usually the last resort for many of us. However, massage, sports remedial treatments and osteopath treatments before and after surgery can speed up the healing process. Massage will assist the scar tissue to soften the area, increase blood flow, lymphatic drainage for reduced swelling, and increase movement of tissue can all help to get you back moving as safely and quickly as possible and increase your recovery time.

Sports Massage 6 days a week, daytime, evenings and weekends.

Plenty of parking, toilets and refreshments available.

Ground floor access, friendly waiting reception area.
