Booking and Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations
Changes can be made up to 24hrs before your booking. Please give us as much notice as possible.
Deposit will not be refunded for appointments cancelled less than 24hrs and we send you a lopay payment request for the remainder of the full payment. we thankyou for your understanding that this helps keep up with our business running costs.
No Shows or repeated changes to appointments
Unfortunately clients that are no shows or repeatedly cannot commit to their appointments will regrettably be removed as a client from our database and not offered any further appointments. We send a payment link via lopay for 100% payment of treatment.
