Clare is a full time Level 5 Sports Remedial Massage Therapist, licenced with the ISRM since 2013 and has spent years developing her knowledge, training and skills to give you the best treatments aimed to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.

Clare has always been a sporty competitor, participating in rugby in her younger days, boot camps , runs and competing in muddy obstacle races. Now she is a powerlifter, competing at international level with the bdfpa. Her knowledge, experience and advice to offer a mixture of stretches, strengthening and rehabilitation work will speed your recovery and get you back to your lifestyle as quickly as possible.
